Ready-Made Jewellery
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom / Bespoke Orders
- Processing time ranges between 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity.
- Customers will receive regular updates throughout the crafting process.
If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, our team will notify you and issue a refund using your original payment method.
2. Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)
We offer island-wide delivery through trusted courier partners.
- Colombo & Suburbs: 2–4 business days
- Outside Colombo: 3–7 business days (depending on distance and courier timelines)
Delivery times refer to business days (Monday–Friday). We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reputed carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
